Microcapsule‑F Series

These are the newest generation of microencapsulated diets engineered to maximally reduce the dependence on live feed in the industrial hatchery production of penaeid shrimp. For a predictable and optimal output, it is recommended to combine moderate quantities of Artemia with diets 1 CAR and 2 CD during the larval stages, apply high Artemia replacement with #3 CD during the early post-larval stages (till PL5) and apply total Artemia replacement during the later post-larval stages.

CAR#1
Application Stage:Zoea Larvae (Z1, Z2, Z3)
Feed Particle Size:≈30 microns
Main Ingredients:Fish meal, shrimp meal, spirulina, etc.
Nutritional Specifications:Protein ≥53%, Fat ≥17.5%
Recommended Dosage:15–30 grams per day for every million larvae (or postlarvae), adjusted appropriately based on water quality and technician practices.
Usage Instructions:Gently stir the feed in clean water to ensure even dispersion (approximately 50 grams of feed per 1 liter of water). Before feeding, it is recommended to gently filter the mixture through a screen mesh of appropriate pore size to minimize clumping and optimize feeding efficiency. Washing or rubbing is not required.
CD#2
Application Stage:Mysis Larvae (M1, M2, M3)
Feed Particle Size:≈60 microns
Main Ingredients:Fish meal, shrimp meal, fish protein, etc.
Nutritional Specifications:Protein ≥54% · Fat ≥16.5%
Recommended Dosage:30–50 grams per day for every million larvae (or postlarvae), adjusted appropriately based on water quality and technician practices.
CD#3
Application Stage:Mysis Larvae (M3) and Postlarva (PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5)
Feed Particle Size:≈90 microns
Main Ingredients:Fish meal, shrimp meal, fish protein
Nutritional Specifications:Protein ≥54% · Fat ≥16.5%
Recommended Dosage:50–150 g/million larvae/day
Usage Instructions:Gently stir in clean water (50 g/L), filter. High Artemia replacement; total replacement possible later.
Microcapsule‑B Series

This specially formulated micro-particle feed is tailored for early-stage shrimp larvae (post-larval stages), featuring innovative suspension technology that ensures prolonged and uniform distribution in the mid-water column. This design guarantees easy access to nutrition for larvae at all growth stages, significantly improving feed utilization efficiency and survival rates. Ideal for early-stage shrimp larval rearing, particularly during transitions from live feeds or as a partial replacement for live prey. This reduces reliance on costly and variable live feed sources, lowering operational risks and enhancing overall profitability.

PL150 · PL300
Introduce:Premium micro particle is an advanced micro-particulate Feed developed usind cutting-edge micronization technology. It is specifcally designed for aquaculture, laboratory research, and high-value species(eg shrimp larvae, fish fry, ornamental fish)Premium micro particle utilizes nano-encapsulation technology and a precisely balanced nutritional for mulato ensure high digestibility stability, and reduced water pollution. Its unique microparticle structure(10-500 um adiustable) mimics natural plankton, enhancing feed intake and growth performance while minimizing waste.
Key benefits include:Superior digestibility(>90%) Controlled nutrient release(slow degradation reduce leaching)Enhanced palatability(attracts larvae and fry effectively)Environmentaly friendly(low waste, no antibiotics)
